S&P Global bridges traditional finance and digital assets with its new S&P Digital Markets 50 Index, a carefully curated benchmark comprising 15 cryptocurrencies and 35 blockchain equities. The index imposes rigorous selection criteria: equities must boast a minimum $100 million market cap, while cryptocurrencies require $300 million. No single asset can exceed 5% weighting, ensuring diversified exposure.
